Workforce

We have a long and proven history of having a highly motivated and professional workforce. They are highly trained in engineering and construction operations through both professional training and personal development.

The majority of our staff are long serving members of the company who remain with us for the duration of their working career; starting from apprentice level with many progressing to supervisor, manager and director level.

Plant and Equipment

We own an extensive selection of powered access equipment, welding plants, screwing machines, hand and power tools, all of which are registered, PAT tested, regularly serviced and maintained according to manufacturers’ specifications and calibrated at appropriate intervals.

We also own secure containers and welfare equipment including washing, toilet and break facilities.

Logistics

Plant, equipment, materials and pre-fabrications are delivered to, organised, checked and inspected at our Distribution Depot and Warehouse facility in the Central Belt prior to delivery to site using our own transport network.

This gives you confidence that materials, plant and pre-fabrications are delivered on time, having been quality inspected before arriving on site.

These logistical assets allow us to better serve our client-base throughout Scotland, by operating country wide but organised to deliver at local level.
