Taylor and Fraser invests in its people through a range of initiatives available to every team member. Everyone has access to Cornerstone, our specially created App that provides a range of training material and opportunities for those who want to upskill.
In addition, we have our LEAP Programme (Learning, Educational Assistance Programme), which encourages our team members to pursue new qualifications and accreditations.
Learning is provided through online training or via part-time university and college courses.
