The restoration of the former India Tyres Offices at Inchninnan has been one of the most inspirational redevelopments in recent times. Through restoring the existing 1930 Art Deco building, the only Grade A listed Office Development in Scotland, and constructing a modern office development to the rear of the original building, the rejuvenation has provided Graham Technology with their unique 60, 000 sq.ft. headquarters.

Scope of Work

The Mechanical Services installation comprised:

  • Gas fired LTHW boiler plant serving radiators, underfloor heating, trench heating, fan coil units and coils within air handling units
  • Air handling units providing supply and extract ventilation for the office accommodation and ancillary areas
  • Chillers with chilled water to air handling units and fan coil units
  • Chilled beams in the offices areas
  • Dedicated split air conditioning units to comms rooms
  • Kitchen ventilation
  • Full BMS to provide integrated control of the mechanical services including actuator operated windows for natural ventilation
