Project Overview
The project which involved the refurbishment and restoration of a derelict 19th century Grade “B” listed from its former use as a private school back to a family home, and included the sympathetic dismantling of a modern-day extension and returning the building façade back to its former glory.
Scope of Work
The work involved extensive repairs to disturbed sandstone walling and the restoration and development of the roof structure involving lead, slate, joiner work, metal and cast-iron repair works together with the refurbishment and repair of existing windows, this necessitated the requirement for an independent Haki Temporary Scaffold roof and full scaffold encapsulation system to be design & installed for the duration of the exterior conservation works.
