The Works were located at the University of Dundee’s Medical Sciences Institutes (MSI) within the University Campus in Dundee. The MSI is a concrete clad and framed building built in on 7 levels and is attached to a complex including the Welcome Trust Biocentre, Sir James Black Centre & CTIR Building.

Scope of Work

The works involved internal downtakings and asbestos removal to allow the formation of new chemistry labs and repairs and refurbishment of existing fabric, building services including specialist gases, new fitted lab furniture, suspended ceilings and wall and floor finishes.
