Taylor and Fraser undertook the strip-out and re-fit of levels 1 and 2 withinthe James Weir Building at the University of Strathclyde. The project wasawarded through our existing framework agreement, delivering cutting-edgeoffice accommodation and teaching areas together with necessary externalfabric repairs. This major refurbishment was undertaken within an occupiedenvironment, with positive early feedback, from staff and students alike.Handover was achieved in January 2009.
