Scope of Work
The Mechanical Services installation comprised:
- Gas fired LTHW boiler plant serving radiators and coils within air handling units serving restaurant,bar and café and staff facilities
- Air handling units providing supply and extract ventilation for the auditorium
- Upgrade of water services
- Full BMS to provide integrated control of the Mechanical Services
